The reason I bought this telescopic walking stick is because I like the way it easily expands and retracts. I plan to use it as a cane, not as a self-defense baton. It works so much better than the cheap canes that fold into 3 parts. Those are always such a struggle, while this trekking pole opens and closes instantly with no effort. I love that. Although itβs a bit heavier than my other canes, it seems solid and well-built. I noticed that when I lean on the cane while walking, I can feel a bit of up-and-down slippage. Perhaps the telescoping sections donβt quite lock firmly into place when opened, and Iβll watch to see if that gets worse. When I ordered it from your website, the listing said it would come with a strap with a compass and a free snow road ice-breaking cone, but neither was included. Not a big deal when using it as a cane, but it may be important to someone using it as a trekking pole. Customer service could be better, as replies seem to be slow.
